I’m thrilled to be honored as “A Woman of Valor” by the Jewish Federation and Family Service of Ventura County for my work on the project I have completed on my Holocaust History.   I am being honored along with another woman, Lee Edwards who is also a Holocaust Survivor, on February 1st, at Spanish Hills Golf & Country Club in Camarillo California.   My project “Broken…A Holocaust Memorial in Fused Glass” is the culmination of years of work to honor my parents and to preserve their legacy by telling our story of survival.    I have been presenting the project to religious and civic groups in the hope that through our story I can express the fragility of our freedoms through the fragility and great strength of fused glass and would be happy to speak with you about bringing the presentation to your group.
